1. Agreement

By using the Koshtna app or website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Koshtna is a brand of بوابة الشرق الأوسط لصناعة الخبز و الخبيز و المعجنات. We let you order bakery products from branches in Libya, with pickup or delivery where available. Prices are in Libyan dinar and may change. Stock depends on the branch you choose.

3. Accounts

You register with a Libyan mobile number and a password. You are responsible for your account and for orders placed with it. We may suspend an account used for abuse or fraud.

4. Orders and payment

Orders are confirmed in the app. You may pay cash on pickup/delivery or through the available online methods (Sadad, local cards, T-Lync, MPGS via Plutu). Unpaid or incomplete orders may be cancelled according to branch policy.

5. Delivery and pickup

Prep and delivery times are estimates. Provide a correct address and phone number. Delivery fees are shown before you place the order. Pickup is during that branch’s opening hours.

6. Cancellation and issues

Products are fresh food. After preparation starts, cancellation may not be possible. For complaints or a wrong order, contact us in the app or at hello@koshtna.ly as soon as you can.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the app for anything unlawful, to attack the service, or to place repeated fake orders.

8. Liability

We aim to provide fresh products and a reliable service. We are not responsible for things outside our control (network outages, delays by payment or delivery partners, force majeure). Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

9. Intellectual property

The Koshtna name, logo, and app content belong to us or our licensors. Do not reuse them without permission.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Libya. Disputes are handled by the competent authorities in Libya.
